Líneas Serendah is a residence shaped by humble geometry and tropical modernism. The project explores clean horizontal lines, strong structural clarity, and architecture that opens generously toward nature while remaining grounded and restrained.
The client’s brief called for simplicity and calm. In response, the design is composed of low volumes, deep overhangs, and seamless indoor–outdoor transitions that prioritize cross ventilation, filtered light, and shaded terraces. The architecture does not seek spectacle; it seeks proportion, rhythm, and atmosphere.
Materiality is honest and tactile. Lime plaster, natural stone, and warm hardwoods define a quiet palette that allows light and shadow to animate the surfaces throughout the day. The result is a contemporary tropical home that feels both modern and timeless , powerful in line, and deeply connected to its environment.
