Originally finished in white, the Joglo has been carefully transformed through a sensitive renovation that respects its heritage while introducing a more contemporary identity. A new roof was added, and the existing timber structure was treated to ensure longevity, with deeper, darker tones introduced to highlight the craftsmanship of the wood and give the villa a more grounded, modern presence.

The interior layout was reworked to enhance comfort and functionality, replacing the original flooring with locally sourced tiles and introducing three well-proportioned bedrooms.

Thoughtful material choices and detailed fixtures define each space, while bold accents such as green kitchen tiles and terracotta tones in the master bedroom add warmth and character. The design blends tradition with a relaxed, boho-chic atmosphere.

Set on a 400 m² plot with approximately 120 m² of built area, the property now features a newly added pool structure, completing the villa’s transformation into a true private holiday destination. Surrounded by lush greenery, the Joglo offers a serene retreat that balances tropical living, architectural integrity, and understated luxury.
